Trolley Schedule

Friday, April 11, 2025  Welcome Party, The Beach Club 6:30pm-9:30pm

Trolley to pick up at The Boca Grande Hotel (5800 Gasparilla Road)

6:15pm and proceed to The Innlet  (1251 12th Street E) at 6:20pm drop off guests to the Beach Club 

Circle back around to front of  The Inn @ 6:25pm and continue to circle until all guests are dropped off at The Beach Club 

Trolley to remain in The Beach Club parking lot to transport guests back to their accommodations and circle around until all guests are picked up. 

Saturday, April 12, 2025 

Trolley to pick up guests at the Boca Grande Hotel (5800 Gasparilla Road)  @ 4:15pm and proceed to The Innlet (1251 12th Street E) by 4:25pm 

Drop off the side of the Inn, 5th street entrance where there is a break in the fence, on the side of the Golf Course. 

Please continue to circle around to both locations 

To confirm all guests have been picked up. 

Trolley to be back to the side entrance of the Inn by 8:30pm and be on standby to take any guests back to their accommodations. 

The Reception ends at 11:00pm. Please be at golf course side of the Inn 

For any guests that would like a ride to The Pink or back to their accommodations. 

Please remain outside The Pink until the last pick up/drop off @ 1:00am.
